Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Canada. All items (excluding preorder items) have a processing time of 3-10 business days before they are dispatched. You will receive an email containing all your shipping information once your order is on the way. 

For orders in UK:

- All orders come with a tracking number

- Shipping take anywhere between 7-15 business days to get to destination

For orders in the United States:

- All orders come with a tracking number

- All orders take anywhere between 8-15 business days to get to destination

For international orders:

- All orders come with a tracking number

- All orders take anywhere between 8-16 business days to get to destination
